Refund Policy

As the product we offer is a digital content, we do not offer a return service.
However we have a team that will be happy to answer all your questions and offer solutions or help with issues related to the purchase and use of the product (technical issues or troubles downloading the templates or others).

Eligibility for Refund

To be eligible for a refund, the digital product must be proven to have functional issues, such as errors, bugs, or discrepancies from the described features or specifications.

Please note that refunds are not granted for:

  • Change of mind after purchase.
  • Failure to understand the product's functionality or compatibility.
  • Non-technical issues unrelated to product performance.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us at support@kitcad.eu with your order details, a description of the issue, and any supporting evidence (e.g., screenshots, error messages).

If your refund request is accepted, we will process your refund via the original payment method within 10 business days.

Important: Refund requests submitted after 30 days from the date of purchase will not be eligible.

Exceptions / Non-Refundable Items

Certain digital products are non-refundable, including:

  • Products that have been downloaded and used without any technical issues.
  • Products that are customized or personalized.
  • Subscriptions that have been partially used (unless there is a technical issue).

Note: If a digital product is misused or redistributed without consent, it will not qualify for a refund.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges for digital products. If you encounter an issue with a product, please contact us for support or a potential refund.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If you are purchasing from the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. However, this right does not apply once the digital content has been downloaded or accessed, unless the product is defective.

Refunds

Once your refund request is reviewed and approved, we will notify you via email. The refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please be aware that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
